Mission Statement
Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled (CRC/DD) is committed to support individuals who are developmentally disabled in their efforts to live and participate fully in their communities.

CRC/DD is a community-based not-for-profit corporation, established to develop and operate residential facilities, including Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA), and to provide programs of care, service, habilitation, and social/recreational experiences  geared to the developmental level and functional capacity of each individual.

CRC/DD's team members believe that each individual, regardless of disability, must be treated with respect for the dignity inherent in each person. Each individual must be given the opportunity to achieve fuctional, social and intellectual potentials through appropriate individualized programming; to live in an atmosphere of warmth, understanding and security that upholds and promotes the rights of each individual. CRC/DD's services are available to candidates referred for services regardless of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age creed, gender or developmental disability.

Our first residence opened in 1976. For thirty eight years CRC/DD has been dedicated to the task of providing each individual with the opportunity to realize his or her fullest potential through Person Centered Planning.  CRC/DD provides 24 hour habilitation services and residential care to 72 consumers in nine community-based residential programs which are state funded and certified.  CRC/DD is certified as a Home & Community Based Service waiver provider, a Medicaid Service Coordination vendor, and boasts a record of regulatory compliance and consumer satisfaction.
